我選成A,一開始的思路是,點擊量還無法轉換成金錢,而且報表中,也不會呈現點擊量,但是廣告點擊量,是在Revenue Metrics其中的指標之一,但像是tax(稅),那就是固定的,所以不能算是商務指標。

一開始,我的思路是花在油的成本,應該跟revenue 收入相關,選了之後才發現,盈利率的定義包括物品的損壞率、可變成本、每單位產品的成本,這些都算是盈利率領域。

一開始我選B,心想這麼做應該可以增加更多收入,後來改成選C,因為覺得減少不必要人力,比一昧增加收入來得有效,最後答案出來是A,我才緩然大悟,在Profitability中,就提到過Hotel 的價錢浮動,地板價、標準價、中間促銷價,於是,我思考了一下,調整價錢的確是最有效率的方式,人員刪減、增加班次都是更改到更大的原則,更動性太大是不好的,所以用價錢做調整,在這裡才是比較好的方式。

總結:

  • 上了一週的Business Metrics,覺得商業真的不是憑直覺啊,有些決策得用全局去看,像是損益表、現金表的一起觀察, 否則就會陷入,儘管盈餘是正的,但是資金短缺,另外,從收入、盈利率、風險指標的定義、三者差異、三者的詳細案例、應用之處,還有case study(看了2次,第一次用雙螢幕看,第二次把報表印B3,慢慢去對),

  • 最後,經過測試後,更能體會,自己的學習還是有漏洞的,定義不清、關聯應用不足,但是,學著些busibess儘管會一直出現新名詞,但是看這些報表時,總覺得有時候,在金融市場上,連管好自己的第一步就很難了,更何況去炒股。

  • 而看完此次財報案例後,我突然覺得,退場機制、進場時的規則、虧損時如何忍耐、停損機制是什麼、資金短缺時如何處理危機?這些問題真得要好好想過一輪,再去創業,否則茫茫然進去市場,加上人性的驅使,是非常危險的。
